Three OEM Tiers
We offer three tiers of OEM service to match your brand stage and budget — from simple logo printing to full custom product development.
Tier 1 — Logo + Packaging: Print your logo on standard Powgent models with custom retail packaging. MOQ 1,000 units. Lead time 3–4 weeks.
Tier 2 — Custom Color + Housing: Custom housing color, minor housing modifications, and custom plug type. MOQ 3,000 units. Lead time 5–6 weeks.
Tier 3 — Full Custom Design: Full industrial design (ID), mold design (MD), and custom PCB layout. MOQ 5,000–10,000 units. Lead time 8–12 weeks.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by customization level and charger model:
Tier 1 (custom logo ) minimum order starts at 1,000 units.
Tier 2 (custom housing color & shell molding) and Tier 3 (fully customized structural design) have flexible MOQs, with exact quantities determined by specific product models.
Can I start with a small test order?
Yes. We provide samples for testing and validation. For first production orders, we can sometimes accommodate smaller quantities — contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We routinely sign NDAs to protect your design, branding, and market strategy. Your intellectual property is fully protected.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard terms: 100% TT in advance. For established partners and large orders, we offer flexible terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.

Yes. We offer Pantone color matching for housing colors. For Tier 2 OEM (have flexible MOQs), we can match any Pantone color. Sample color chips are provided for approval before production.
What packaging options are available?
We offer blister packs, retail boxes, gift boxes, and eco-friendly packaging. Custom packaging design is available with flexable MOQs. We can also design shelf-ready and display packaging.
Can I get different plug types for different markets?
Yes. We offer US, EU, UK, AU, CN, KR, and JP plug types. You can order the same charger model with different plug types for different markets, with regional certification and packaging.

Is every charger tested before shipment?
Yes. 100% of chargers undergo electrical safety, output, protocol, aging, and visual testing before shipment. No charger ships without passing all final QC tests.
