Most charger manufacturers offer three OEM tiers:

• **Tier 1 — Logo + Packaging**: Your logo on a standard model with custom packaging. Lowest MOQ (1,000+), fastest lead time (3–4 weeks).
• **Tier 2 — Custom Color/Housing**: Custom housing color, minor modifications, custom plug type. Medium MOQ (3,000+), 5–6 weeks.
• **Tier 3 — Full Custom Design**: Complete custom industrial design, mold, and PCB. Highest MOQ (5,000–10,000+), 8–12 weeks.

Start with Tier 1 to validate the market, then move to higher tiers as volume grows.

MOQ and Pricing

• MOQ varies by customization level — more customization = higher MOQ
• Pricing depends on quantity, customization, and component costs
• GaN chargers cost 15–30% more than silicon but offer better margins
• Request quotes at multiple quantity breakpoints (1K, 3K, 5K, 10K)
• Negotiate payment terms: 30/70 is standard; better terms for larger orders
